Job Summary:
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) registered nurse position is located in Everett, Washington. This role involves providing specialized care to neonates born at 22 weeks gestation and greater, with experience in Level III NICU environments preferred. Candidates are required to bring their licensed RN credential on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Certifications: Washington RN license or Compact RN required, BLS, NRP
• Education & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level III NICU setting; travel experience required
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Float: Float rotation may be required to Family Maternity Center/Postpartum units for babies only
• Additional Information: Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day). Orientation includes 12 hours. Candidates need to include all requested RTO at the time of submission.
• Responsibilities include managing ventilator support, administering medication, and providing care for neonates with complex needs, including prematurity and neonatal conditions.
