Specialist - Access Management

Specialist – Access Management This six‑month contract position requires a professional contributor to manage employee domain, application, and system accounts while maintaining security best practices and audit compliance. Responsibilities Ensure timely resolution of assigned issues. Provide access/account support for internal applications, systems, network shares, UNIX servers, and e‑mail. Follow up on questions, problems, or suggestions and respond to employee inquiries with appropriate urgency. Provide ad‑hoc advice and support for non‑service‑catalog items/general queries as directed. Participate in Service Improvement Programs (SIP’s) as required. Support senior colleagues in other technology areas to identify and correct problems. Manage multiple moderate to complex projects simultaneously. Help ensure monitoring requirements are implemented and observed. Provide ad‑hoc reporting for Service Delivery as required. Supply support documentation and tools for colleagues at all levels. Answer queries regarding usage of current and new technologies. Collaborate with project teams to assist with issue resolution. Follow established Change Management processes. Assist in implementing services in line with Service Catalogues. Stay familiar with relevant technology developments. Maintain knowledge of service catalogue products. Remain up‑to‑date on technology projects. Support the proposal of technologies that meet business needs. Develop a solid understanding of employee needs and business applications. Follow all security policies. Use best‑practice processes in every request to be compliant with SOX/FSA audit requirements. Ensure approval for any out‑of‑budget spend is obtained from senior colleagues prior to commitment. Requirements 3+ years of practical hands‑on experience in Information Technology, specifically Access Management. Deep knowledge of Active Directory. Experience with NTFS. Experience with remote access platforms, infrastructure, and mobile support. Strong communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability. #J-18808-Ljbffr VetStaff
