Monday 3pm-11pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9am-5pm; Week 2: Monday 3pm-11pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 3pm-11pm; Mandatory staff meeting every 3rd Thursday of the month 1pm-3pm.The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor plays a critical leadership role within the nursing team, providing direct care to individuals while supporting the oversight and coordination of healthcare services across designated programs. The LPN Supervisor ensures high-quality medical support in accordance with healthcare regulations, organizational standards, and the Nurse Practice Act. Must be able to drive wheelchair van when necessary (training will be provided).
