As a Cruise Planner, you will help clients plan and book cruises, provide expert guidance on destinations and itineraries, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise vacations that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide information on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and excursions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
