Position Overview

In this role, you will assist clients with designing personalized travel experiences, researching vacation possibilities, and coordinating trip arrangements from start to finish. Whether clients are planning a relaxing beach escape, an exciting cruise, a family holiday, a destination celebration, or an international adventure, you'll help make the planning process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to learn about their vacation goals, interests, and travel preferences
• Explore destinations, resorts, cruise options, guided tours, and vacation packages
• Create customized travel recommendations based on client needs and budgets
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and travel services
• Assist clients throughout the planning and reservation process
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely updates regarding travel arrangements
• Work with supplier partners to secure reservations and confirm travel details
• Manage itinerary updates, booking information, and travel documentation
• Maintain organized records of client communications and travel plans
• Stay informed about industry trends, destination updates, and promotional offers
• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized support throughout the client journey

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, sales, or client-focused roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
• Comfortable using computers, online tools, and virtual communication platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
