Laser Machine Operator Location: Glenshaw, PA Schedule: Sunday Wednesday | 3:00 PM 1:30 AM Pay Rate: $20.00/hour TOPS Staffing is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Glenshaw, PA to hire a Laser Machine Operator for an afternoon shift opportunity. In this position, you'll operate laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality components used in architectural and commercial products installed in public spaces nationwide. Job Responsibilities Operate laser cutting machines using pre-programmed jobs Load materials and monitor machine performance during production Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to drawings Verify material type, dimensions, and tolerances Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Required Qualifications Experience operating laser cutting machines or similar manufacturing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic understanding of machine controls and production processes Ability to read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings Reliable attendance and ability to work independently Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Previous manufacturing or machining experience Familiarity with CAD or design software Knowledge of materials used in laser cutting operations Forklift experience Education: High school diploma or GED required Additional Requirements: Ability to work Sunday through Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM Commitment to safety and housekeeping standards Willingness to perform routine maintenance and support production goals If you're looking for a stable opportunity with growth potential and enjoy working with precision manufacturing equipment, apply today through TOPS Staffing and take the next step in your career.
