• Evaluate results meticulously for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory machinery.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new hires or students, and uphold stringent quality standards in the laboratory.
• Ensure a safe, organized work environment while strictly adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your hiring date.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
