Role Description The Personal Injury Case Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This position oversees personal injury files from intake through resolution, including setting up claims, gathering and organizing medical records, bills, accident reports, and insurance documentation. The Case Manager communicates regularly with clients to provide updates, coordinate treatment, and obtain necessary information, while also interacting with healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties to move cases forward. Daily responsibilities include drafting correspondence, summarizing medical records, tracking case timelines and deadlines, and assisting attorneys with demand packages and settlement negotiations. The role requires consistent documentation in the case management system, maintaining organized files, and supporting attorneys in preparing for mediations, hearings, and trials. Qualifications Experience in personal injury case management or related legal support roles, preferably within a plaintiff-focused law firm. Strong client service and communication skills, including the ability to explain processes clearly and interact with clients during stressful situations. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases, track deadlines, and maintain accurate, detailed files. Proficiency with legal case management software, Microsoft Office or similar tools, and comfort working with digital records and databases. Knowledge of personal injury procedures, medical terminology, and insurance claims processes is highly beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision, and a positive attitude.
