The Role The Leasing Agent plays a key role in driving occupancy and revenue by delivering a personalized and professional leasing experience. This position blends sales, marketing, and customer service, making each day fast-paced and engaging. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, build lasting relationships within the community, and contribute to overall property performance through strong closing ratios and service excellence.
