We are looking for great leaders to join us as Kitchen Manager at either Cane Rosso White Rock or Zoli's NY Pizza in Addison.

As a Kitchen Manager, you'll lead by example every day. You'll coach and develop your team, maintain high culinary standards, and create a kitchen culture built on accountability, teamwork, and hospitality. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop BOH team members through training and daily feedback
• Create a positive, respectful, and high-performing kitchen culture
• Ensure all food is prepared consistently according to recipes and quality standards
• Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and product rotation
• Schedule and deploy kitchen staff to meet business needs
• Maintain labor goals while ensuring excellent execution
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Conduct line checks, prep checks, and quality assurance throughout each shift
• Hire, onboard, and develop future kitchen leaders
• Partner with the General Manager to drive restaurant performance
• Address performance concerns through coaching and accountability
• Support other locations and assist with special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen leadership experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, Assistant Kitchen Manager, or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for coaching and developing others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management, food cost control, and labor management
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
