This position offers a remote work setting, allowing our LPCs to maintain flexibility in their schedules while still engaging directly with clients in a supportive outpatient office atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to enhance client outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality and improve service delivery.
• Engage in continuous learning via workshops and professional development to stay informed on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our LPCs work with a diverse client base, providing mental health counseling for various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. We emphasize culturally sensitive practices and aim to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing and growth for all individuals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience, and includes eligibility for a sign-on bonus. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
