Technical Support Analyst

Salary: $59,200 - 85,750 per year

Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms environments, including troubleshooting and administration. Hands-on experience with AV hardware, including video conferencing systems such as Neat Bars and Poly, camera systems, displays, and audio equipment. Familiarity with AV control platforms, preferably Crestron, including basic operation and fault diagnosis. Understanding of professional audio systems, ideally with some exposure to Biamp or similar audio processing solutions. Experience supporting live production events, including managing audio, video, and camera systems. Knowledge of digital audio mixers and Dante audio. Knowledge of Vmix, BlackMagic Studio Cameras, and switchers. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Ability to track, report, and collaborate on technical issues or concerns. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, work well under pressure, and manage escalated incidents efficiently. A bachelors degree with 5 years of experience in Audio Visual Support or a related discipline. Responsibilities:

Transport, set up, dismantle, and move AV equipment for events, including projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, lighting rigs, cabling, and other associated hardware. Lift and handle heavy equipment such as large displays and sound systems as part of event preparation and delivery. Test AV systems thoroughly before events to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure everything is fully operational and optimized. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. Provide high-quality VIP support to executive leaders and help ensure the right resources are in place to enhance their experience. Work under pressure while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail. Collaborate closely with the UCC Operations and Engineering teams, following agreed processes and working in a coordinated manner. Deliver excellent customer service while managing incidents, service requests, customer interactions, and troubleshooting a range of UCC technologies.
