Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and clean worksites to meet safety and quality standards Perform commercial and industrial painting, coatings, and surface preparation Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Operate hand tools and equipment safely Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and jobsite rules Work with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule Maintain a professional appearance and conduct on job sites Qualifications Minimum 3 years of painting experience required Commercial or industrial painting experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to perform essential job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Benefits Health insurance (50% company-paid employee coverage) Dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options 401(k) with company match (up to 4%) Paid holidays and paid time off Uniform shirts provided Safety gear supplied as needed Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer McCord Contractors, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants without regard to protected status under applicable federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
