Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.****We Take Care of Our People:**Paid Time Off **I** 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing **I** Health and Wellness Benefits **I** Learning and Development Opportunities **I** Referral Program **I** Competitive Pay **I** Recognition **I** Employee Stock Purchase Plan**I** Inclusive & Supportive Culture**Your Challenge:*** Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core projects.* Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.* Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc.* May be responsible for project management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.* Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by leading proposals.* Manage, coordinate and control Project Work Plan execution to achieve project technical, cost and schedule objectives.* Efficiently and effectively work towards goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple constraints.* Lead the project team and regular project meetings to monitor and drive progress toward project objectives.* Maintain effective customer communications, ensuring that all customer requirements and expectations are addressed effectively.* Address and resolve project issues pertaining to project work scope, technical requirements, quality, schedule, resource assignments, cost customer interface and other project related activities.* Communicate project progress, issues, and/or resolution options to project team members’ customers and EMD management.* Review and control project cost, including the coordination and certification of Estimate at Complete dates.* Develop and monitor the Project Risk Management Plan as part of project planning and execution.* Interact with Sourcing and suppliers to plan for and secure the materials needed for the project and future production.**What You Bring:*** Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent with appropriate course complete to support a project management team.* 7+ years project management or project leadership experience.* Excellent organization, communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.* Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes and procedures.* Project Management Professional Certification Preferred* Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens.* Must be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.#LI-KH1*No unsolicited agency submittals please.
