Job Description Job Description About the Role We are a local staffing agency placing a skilled journeyman plumber with an established plumbing company in the Salt Lake Valley. This is an ongoing, full-time position with a clear path to direct hire based on performance. You'll work alongside an experienced crew on residential and light commercial service calls and remodel projects. What You'll Be Doing Performing service and repair calls for residential and commercial clients Assisting with plumbing remodel work; rough-in, trim-out, and finish Moving and installing heavy equipment such as water heaters and tubs Responding to client scheduling needs, which may occasionally require early starts or overtime What We're Looking For Active journeyman plumber license or equivalent trade experience Solid knowledge of service, repair, and remodel plumbing Ability to perform physically demanding work; lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy fixtures is a regular part of the job Personal hand tools required; larger equipment is supplied Reliable transportation and a professional attitude Compensation & Details Starting pay: $20–$28/hour through our agency — upon direct hire, candidates are eligible for a pay increase based on performance Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (overtime available based on client demand) Hire path: strong performers are considered for permanent placement with the client company, with the opportunity for a pay raise at that time Flexible Pay Options Choose weekly direct deposit or daily pay via a pay card issued from our office.
