Work Environment

Your daily schedule may include flexible options such as traditional shifts from Monday to Friday or a four-day workweek comprising longer shifts from 8 AM to 7 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's physical abilities and limitations, utilizing diagnostic tools to guide therapy plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies aimed at enhancing patient mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Provide hands-on therapy modalities, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies, sharing insights and updates to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation processes, offering advice on injury prevention and self-management techniques that empower recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously in our electronic health record system to maintain clear communication with the healthcare team and ensure optimal care standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves patients who are recovering from a range of issues, including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain conditions, and functional impairments affecting the hand and upper extremities. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active Florida Physical Therapy License or eligibility under state regulations.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
