Product Support Customer Service Agreements Coordinator

Overview Quinn Company, a local Caterpillar dealership in City of Industry, California, is hiring a Product Support Customer Service Agreements Coordinator. Wages Starting wage: $22.23 – $25.00, depending on experience and education. Responsibilities Assist the CSA business team in growing the CSA business unit with pride and dedication. Have general knowledge of the markets supported by CSA services, including construction, commercial and mining products. Manage the quote process by understanding current CSA program needs and expectations. Work with the product support team and other expert resources to ensure quotes are accurate in materials, labor, and support requirements. Be well versed in Caterpillar Preventive Maintenance Guidelines and Requirements. Work with servicing stores to resolve any quotation issues and ensure accuracy of CASA standard pricing tables. Create, maintain, and update an operational process procedures guide for duties, reviewed by the CSA team as required. Develop and maintain close, positive working relationships with sales, service, credit, marketing, and technical departments. Maintain product knowledge and procedures for all existing and new products. Commit to a standard of excellence in the information and services Quinn provides to customers. Show flexibility for travel, training, or meetings based on company needs. Adhere to the company handbook for consistent policy guidelines. Accept additional duties assigned by management for committees and project focus groups. Provide cross‑training within assigned duties and work processes to build a solid team. Qualifications Individual must possess technical background knowledge of Caterpillar and AG product lines in construction and agriculture equipment. The position requires a dealer business operations background with functional knowledge of the Dealer Business System (DBS), SIS Web, and Caterpillar (CWS). High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum two years of experience in a technical or administrative role in construction and mining equipment, or equivalent trade or a combination of technical training, education, and experience. Advanced business or technical trade certifications, or degrees are a plus. Must maintain a valid California driver’s license in good standing.
