Videographer & Editor We’re seeking a creative Videographer & Editor in Boston to produce marketing and brand video content. This role is ideal for an emerging video professional with hands‑on experience, strong creative instincts, current knowledge of audio/video trends and workflows, and a hunger to grow in a fast‑paced creative environment. Working closely with the Senior Videographer in Boston and the wider production team, this person will assist with filming, lighting, audio, editing, basic graphics, and production support for projects such as interviews, product demos, customer stories, social content, events, internal videos, and behind‑the‑scenes footage. What you will do: Production Support: Assist with shoot prep, camera operation, lighting, audio recording, equipment setup, location needs, and general on‑set support for marketing and brand video content. Post‑Production: Organise footage, edit, sync and clean up audio, select tracks, add basic graphics, motion elements, and export final video files. Brand & Platform Adaptation: Ensure content aligns with brand standards while adapting video for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, web, and internal channels. Creative Contribution: Bring fresh ideas, current production techniques, visual references and new approaches to keep video content modern, engaging, and effective. Equipment & Asset Management: Maintain production gear, organise project files, and keep footage, audio, graphics and exports properly managed. What you will bring: Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. 1–2+ years of experience in videography, video production, editing, freelance work, internships or related creative production. Working knowledge of camera operation, composition, lighting, basic cinematography, production workflows and on‑location audio recording. Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve. Basic experience with audio post‑production, motion graphics, animation, photography or drone operation is a plus. Creative, curious, collaborative, organised and comfortable taking direction while bringing ideas to the team. A reel, portfolio or work samples are strongly preferred. BRGs are open to all. Base Salary Range $68,600.00 – $96,875.00 The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
