Melton is seeking a collaborative, process-oriented marketing professional to scale our B2B marketing capabilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable building processes from the ground up, navigating ambiguity, influencing adoption, and driving measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on CRM optimization, demand generation, marketing analytics, process improvement, and strategic B2B growth initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned.

• Own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the CRM, including audience segmentation, lifecycle stages, automation, lead scoring, reporting, and marketing integrations.
• Work across Digital Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams to improve the volume, velocity, and value of B2B leads through demand generation, lead nurturing, funnel optimization, and the adoption of new marketing processes and best practices.
• Maintain data integrity and leverage enrichment tools, intent data, and analytics to improve prospect intelligence, pipeline visibility, and decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics that drive action and measure marketing impact.
• Provide B2B direction across Digital Marketing efforts by helping shape targeting, messaging, content, sales collateral, and award submissions.
• Build scalable processes, foster alignment, and support future B2B growth initiatives.

Education and/or Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, HubSpot administration, or a related specialty. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.

Special Training: Experience with CRM administration, marketing automation tools, reporting and analytics platforms, lead management processes, and supporting sales teams/revenue-focused initiatives preferred.

Special Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a focus on collaboration, problem solving, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.
