Bilingual HR & Learning Specialist (On-site)

Nox Group in San Marcos, TX seeks an HR Specialist to balance learning and development facilitation with People Experience support. This full-time, on-site role requires bilingual English/Spanish delivery and frequent early mornings for training at construction sites. You will coordinate new hire orientation, leadership development, and retention programs while maintaining HR data, supporting HRBPs, and engaging with Onboarding teams.
