Franchise and Distribution Litigation Associate

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Franchise and Distribution practice in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and a keen interest in franchise and distribution law. Duties Engage in complex litigation matters within the franchise and distribution sector. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client development. Participate in client meetings and court proceedings. Requirements 3-5 years of general litigation experience. Active bar license in California or commitment to obtain one promptly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar membership in good standing. Skills Exceptional analytical and writing abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
