Work Environment

This role is 100% remote, utilizing a telehealth platform to connect with clients from various locations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients to identify their mental health challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care delivery.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients' families to support their understanding and involvement in the healing process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of a secure and trusting therapeutic rapport.
• Empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences, combined with the ability to foster resilience and hope.
