Devoucoux is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative in a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse‑related activities, to cover the territory of Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama. What you'll be doing is... Working in outside sales as a saddle fitting specialist, in direct contact with equine professionals, you’ll apply your unique sales talents and passion for the equine world to: Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro‑Riders, Barns) Represent Devoucoux at horse shows Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best‑in‑class customer service Sales Representative Requirements Prior successful field sales experience You have a clean driving record and are ready to hit the road Excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and are an independent and dynamic person You are a passionate rider with an understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows Sales Representative Benefits You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential You will also be provided with a company car + a gas card + iPhone and iPad We will cover 100% of your personal health insurance costs through our carrier (medical, dental and vision), in addition to your base pay and commission We offer a 6 week training program, and tailored continuous training and support 401k Sales Representative Salary We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp‑up territory tailored plan.
