Volusia, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure our clients receive personalized medical attention and support in a compassionate environment. You will work on-site in DeBary, Florida, offering you the chance to make a meaningful impact in your community. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in their condition. Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Current Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in Florida. Experience in home health care or relevant nursing experience. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Bonus If You: Have additional certifications in geriatric care or specialized nursing areas. Are bilingual, especially in languages other than English. Have experience working with patients suffering from dementia. Employment Type & Availability: This is a Part-Time position with availability on Monday and Wednesday. 9AM-2PM.
