This role has traditionally been filled through internal promotion, and we are excited to open it to external candidates who bring firsthand SDR experience, proven people leadership, and strong client management skills.As a Delivery Manager, you will serve as both a hands-on people leader and a strategic client partner, balancing SDR development, campaign performance, client communication, and operational execution. Because you will work across different technology markets, products, and go-to-market strategies, you must be able to quickly understand each client's business and determine what is—and is not—working.Success in this role is measured by the performance and development of your SDRs, the pipeline outcomes delivered for clients, and the overall health and retention of your client portfolio.Lead and develop SDRsLead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8–15 SDRs.Set clear expectations and create a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.Conduct regular one-on-ones, call coaching, performance reviews, and career development conversations.Use data and frontline observations to identify performance gaps and provide actionable coaching.Develop SDRs into consistent performers and prepare high-potential team members for future opportunities.Own campaign performanceOversee the strategy, performance, and health of approximately 5–10 client campaigns.Translate client objectives into clear SDR priorities, campaign strategies, and success criteria.Develop a strong understanding of each client's product, target market, buyer personas, and value proposition.Monitor activity, connection rates, meetings booked and held, conversion rates, meeting quality, and pipeline progression.Identify performance trends and implement improvements to targeting, messaging, outreach playbooks, and SDR execution.Ensure campaign activity produces qualified conversations and measurable pipeline outcomes.Manage client relationshipsServe as the primary relationship owner for your assigned client portfolio.Lead regular client meetings and provide clear, data-backed updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.Set expectations, communicate challenges proactively, and ensure commitments are followed through.Act as a strategic advisor by recommending changes that improve campaign results.Support strong client satisfaction, retention, and program longevity.Identify appropriate opportunities to expand successful client partnerships.Support staffing and operationsPartner with Recruiting and Training to interview, onboard, and ramp SDRs.Anticipate staffing needs and support timely backfills, campaign transitions, and team expansions.Allocate SDR capacity based on client needs, individual skills, performance, and business priorities.Maintain accurate campaign, pipeline, performance, and client health reporting.Monitor campaign scope, staffing, and utilization to support strong delivery and account profitability.Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Recruiting, Training, and leadership to resolve issues and improve outcomes.Required qualificationsAt least one year of successful experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B sales environment, preferably within technology.At least one to two years of experience directly managing, coaching, or developing SDRs or other early-career sales professionals.Demonstrated success coaching individuals to achieve measurable performance improvement.Experience managing KPIs such as activity, connection rates, meetings booked and held, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.Ability to present performance insights, manage expectations, and navigate challenging conversations.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to lead 8–15 SDRs while managing the performance and priorities of 5–10 client campaigns.A proactive, accountable leadership style and willingness to stay close to day-to-day execution.Ability to work on-site in our Tysons office.Preferred qualificationsExperience in sales outsourcing, an agency, professional services, staffing, or another multi-client environment.Experience supporting multiple products, industries, buyer personas, or go-to-market strategies.Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and sales performance reporting.Experience advising senior client stakeholders or supporting client retention and account growth.What Success Looks LikeBuild engaged and accountable SDR teams that consistently meet performance expectations.Develop SDRs through clear feedback, actionable coaching, and meaningful career development.Deliver qualified meetings, pipeline, and measurable outcomes across their client portfolio.Use data to identify performance challenges and drive continuous improvement.Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.Identify campaign risks early and implement clear recovery plans.Maintain strong client satisfaction, retention, and program longevity.Keep campaigns appropriately staffed, operationally sound, and aligned with expected scope and profitability.Why memoryBlueAt memoryBlue, we invest heavily in developing people and creating meaningful career opportunities.
