Senior Associate, Commerce Search

Role Summary & Impact The Senior Associate, Commerce Search will assist in tactical activation and overall day‑to‑day media management of search-based activations. You will be heavily involved in keyword strategy development, competitive research, day‑to‑day campaign setup, management, and reporting of search media buys. This role focuses on search activations across several retailer media networks, including but not limited to Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, The Trade Desk, Walmart, and more. You will work closely with retail media networks to maximize investment for our client accounts. An entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and problem‑solving is required. Responsibilities Manage search media activations across several retailer media networks, including Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, The Trade Desk, Walmart, and others. Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budgeting to achieve overall client goals, utilizing retail bid‑management technologies such as Pacvue, Skai, and Epsilon. Optimize client accounts to meet established KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams across e‑commerce, retail media, and brand functions. Ensure ongoing campaign compliance with GroupM guidelines and best practices. Prepare campaign performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Identify insights and optimizations using historical data and competitive research. Troubleshoot technical issues with search campaign serving. Understand key drivers of performance on various e‑commerce platforms and marketplaces. Assist with reconciliation, invoicing, billing, trafficking, and data mapping to the internal media campaign management platform. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent professional work experience. 2+ years of experience in biddable performance media execution or paid e‑commerce, with a strong preference for retail media search execution. Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple retail platforms (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Criteo, Google, Meta, etc.). Strong drive to understand the retail landscape and the latest trends in commerce media. Basic analytical skills to analyze data and develop insights that inform strategy and optimization. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. A self‑starter attitude that thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
