What You'll Be Doing Build Relationships & Exceptional Customer Experiences . Assist customers by demonstrating products, emphasizing features and benefits. Create a strong service atmosphere, cater to customer needs and tastes, and resolve questions/concerns professionally to ensure a seamless brand experience. Providing Store Presentation Support . Perform stock work, visual display, and daily store operations. Assist with opening and closing procedures, and help maintain store location and merchandise as needed. Drive & Self-Motivation . Consistently work toward the business goals with a focus on self-development and achievement. Essential Functions . Perform other duties as needed to meet business needs. Commissioned Sales Earnings . Opportunity to earn uncapped commissions; final compensation varies with guaranteed hourly earnings and commission potential. Monthly Incentive Opportunities . For details about total rewards, visit Preferred Qualifications & Education 1-3 years of experience in retail store sales, customer service/hospitality, or a related brand environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Self-starter who can prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment; customer service focused. Proficient in general computer use, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn and retain details of proprietary systems. Able to perform point-of-sale functions, including register and cash handling. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques. Ability to use step stools and ladders to reach inventory in the stock room. Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
