Lifeguard Lead: Safe Pools, Team Leadership & Impact

The YMCA of Snohomish County is seeking a part-time lifeguard to maintain safe swimming conditions, supervise the pool and provide program support. You will monitor the deck and pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. This role emphasizes a positive, inclusive environment and excellent member service. Required certifications include lifeguard, First Aid, CPRPRO, AED, and O2. Prior lifeguarding experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr DeKalb Health
