A well-established distributor serving the greenhouse, horticulture, and agricultural industries is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join its Woodridge team. This position is focused on order processing, paperwork verification, and administrative support. Most customer communication is handled through email and internal systems, with limited phone interaction and no face-to-face customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Review and verify order numbers, pricing, quantities, invoices, and payment information
• Audit customer paperwork and documentation for accuracy
• Communicate with customers primarily through email regarding orders and shipment updates
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and data entry within company systems
• Work closely with sales, accounting, warehouse, and operations teams

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, administrative, order entry, or clerical experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience reviewing invoices, payments, and order documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
