Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and driven Lawn Care Sales & Customer Relations Specialist to help grow and retain our residential customer base. This position combines consultative sales, customer relationship management, and account retention.

If you enjoy helping customers, identifying opportunities, and building long-term relationships, this role offers the opportunity to earn commissions while making a real impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.

What You'll Do
As a Lawn Care Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying lawn health needs and recommending customized treatment programs.


Responsibilities include:

• Convert inbound leads into new Lawn Doctor customers
• Build relationships with existing customers and recommend additional lawn care services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Conduct customer follow-up calls
• Increase customer retention and satisfaction
• Perform proactive customer follow-up to improve retention and satisfaction
• Generate additional revenue through account growth and renewals
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales
• Support office customer service operations

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong follow-through and organizational skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred Experience
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

• Lawn care or landscaping sales
• Outside sales or territory sales
• Home services sales
• Customer retention and account management
• Pest control or outdoor services
• Residential service industries
• Lead generation and sales follow-up
• Route sales or field sales experience
