Position Overview Senior Enterprise Project & Technology Transformation Manager – full‑time, W2, project‑based role with the potential to extend beyond the initial 24‑month term. Core Launch Build Scalable project operating model that keeps cross‑departmental teams aligned, accountable, and moving toward shared milestones. Integrated project plan connecting governance, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, stakeholder accountability, executive reporting, and risk/issue/decision management into one clear framework. Executive dashboards, status reporting structures, risk registers, decision logs, and milestone reporting for leadership visibility. Monday.com and Jira structures to support reliable execution and consistent reporting across technical and non‑technical teams. Vendor, budget, risk, and dependency tracking framework for early issue identification and cost management. Documentation, playbooks, and knowledge‑transfer materials for long‑term continuity. General Responsibilities Integrated planning and execution – build and manage integrated project plans that connect program and project goals, KPIs, governance, workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, stakeholder accountability, status reporting, risks, issues, decisions, and tracking. Engagement and delivery leadership – serve as the main point of contact for cross‑departmental projects, monitor progress, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and move initiatives forward. Monday.com architecture – design, build, and maintain scalable workspaces, boards, dashboards, forms, automations, dependencies, workload views, status reporting structures, and executive reporting tools. Jira configuration – configure and manage projects, Kanban boards, workflows, epics, stories, issue types, sprint boards, backlog structures, dashboards, permissions, and escalation processes. Executive reporting – prepare clear, concise, decision‑ready project updates, dashboards, Lucid Charts, roadmaps, risk summaries, milestone reports, decision logs, and briefing materials for senior leadership. Stakeholder management – coordinate communication and alignment across executive leadership, project teams, customer support, marketing, IT, operations, call center, education, data, finance, vendors, and other internal and external teams. Project governance – establish and maintain governance practices, including meeting cadences, steering and project committee updates, sprint planning, backlog reviews, change control, scope management, decision tracking, and accountability structures. Program deliverables – develop and maintain program governance framework, integrated project plan, stakeholder accountability model (RACI), status reporting package, and risk/issue/decision management framework (RAID log). Steering committee and escalation management – facilitate meetings, prepare materials, document outcomes, and escalate risks, issues, decisions, or resource constraints to leadership when needed. Vendor coordination – track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, costs, service commitments, open issues, and action items; manage vendor costs within budgets. Risk and dependency tracking – identify, document, monitor, and escalate project risks, technical blockers, resource constraints, interdependent workstreams, scope changes, operational impacts, and mitigation plans. Documentation and knowledge transfer – create and maintain detailed documentation, workflow guides, process maps, playbooks, decision records, lessons learned, transition plans, and knowledge‑transfer materials. Leadership & Influence Expectations Operate as a strategic program leader and trusted advisor to senior leadership and project teams. Lead through influence to drive alignment, accountability, milestone progress across cross‑functional teams. Establish and reinforce a culture of project‑related accountability, transparency, and disciplined execution. Proactively identify risks, conflicting priorities, and resource constraints, facilitating decision‑making at the leadership level. Coach stakeholders and project contributors on best‑practice tools and governance expectations. Demonstrate elevated executive presence and decision‑making in high‑pressure situations. Drive adoption and sustainability of new systems, tools, and processes through structured change management and engagement. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering. 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in technical or enterprise project management, including 3–5 years leading complex cross‑functional initiatives. Proven ability to design, launch, and manage cross‑departmental technical projects from scratch. Advanced hands‑on experience with Monday.com (workspaces, dashboards, automations, forms) and Jira (administration and configuration). Strong Jira configuration skills (workflows, Kanban boards, epics, sprint boards, dashboards). Experience using LucidChart or similar diagramming tools. Excellent executive communication skills and stakeholder management. Experience establishing governance practices (status reporting, risk registers, change control). Ability to manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, vendors, and executive communications in a fast‑paced environment. Strong technical literacy across multiple IT and data management systems. Vendor and budget management experience within approved budgets. Strong documentation skills (process mapping, workflow documentation, playbooks). Required Technical Competencies Expert proficiency in Monday.com and Jira, designing scalable system architectures, automations, integrations, and governance frameworks. Knowledge of data governance best practices and system integration concepts. Experience supporting technology projects in cloud environments, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. Ability to leverage data, reporting tools, and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) for decision‑making. Advanced change‑management, release‑management, and system deployment lifecycles. Robust experience with Agile, Scrum, hybrid project management methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience in technology modernization, operational transformation, software implementation, call center technology, data governance, or enterprise workflow improvement. Experience with CRMs, phone systems, learning‑management systems, workflow automation, integration projects, cloud or infrastructure initiatives, and cybersecurity. Experience creating operational change and efficiency adoption plans, project process documentation, governance models, and sustainable post‑implementation processes. Certifications Required: Project Management Professional (PMP). Preferred: Agile, Scrum, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI‑ACP, or comparable certifications. Preferred: Monday.com, Jira, Atlassian, or related platform administration certification. Work Environment Hybrid: 2 days in office (Golden, CO) and 3 remote days. Candidate must reside in Colorado and be within reasonable commuting distance of Golden office. Available for in‑person meetings and key milestone activities as required. Occasional after‑hours work, local travel, or event support may be required. Salary Range $140,000 – $165,000 annual (estimated guideline; actual compensation varies).
