Madison Professional Group has partnered with a leading wealth management firm seeking two experienced Vice President, Wealth Planners to join its growing teams in River Oaks and Sugar Land . This is an outstanding opportunity for a planning-focused professional who enjoys solving complex financial planning challenges, partnering with experienced Financial Advisors, and serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Rather than building a book through cold prospecting, you’ll focus on deepening existing client relationships through comprehensive planning and strategic advice. Position Overview As a Vice President, Wealth Planner, you’ll collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to deliver sophisticated financial planning for an established client base of approximately 180–220 households . Advisors introduce clients with increasingly complex planning needs, allowing you to focus on developing customized strategies and providing a white‑glove client experience. You’ll serve as the firm’s planning expert, helping clients navigate retirement, tax, estate, investment, insurance, charitable giving, executive compensation, and legacy planning while also coaching advisors on planning opportunities that strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Develop and present customized financial plans using eMoney . Partner with Financial Advisors to identify planning opportunities and deepen existing client relationships. Build trusted relationships through exceptional service and technical expertise. Present complex planning strategies with confidence and clarity. Collaborate across advisory teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes. Qualifications Active Series 7 & 66 , or Series 7 with Series 63/65 combination . 5+ years of comprehensive wealth planning experience serving affluent clients. Experience within an RIA, private wealth, or planning-centric wealth management environment preferred. Strong knowledge of retirement, tax, estate, investment, insurance, and wealth transfer planning. Experience with eMoney strongly preferred. Exceptional relationship management, presentation, and communication skills. Why Join This Team?
