What You'll Do (a.k.a. Your Chicken Mission):
- Hand-batter, fry, and prep with precision no shortcuts, just the real deal
- Follow recipes and food safety procedures with integrity
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for action
- Work with speed, accuracy, and classic Southern grit
- Communicate with your team because in our kitchen, we win together
- Be coachable, dependable, and ready to grow with us
Who You Are (Besides a Fried Chicken Fan):
- You take pride in your work and love working with your hands

- Kitchen experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person with the right attitude
