Project Manager

Our client, a global financial technology company, seeks to hire a Project Manager for their Mountain View, CA, office on an immediate basis. This is slated to be a 9 to 12-month role. Pay rate is $70/hour. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of initiatives and ensure appropriate readiness workstreams are identified, plans are developed and seamlessly executed, ensuring seamless adoption of changes and creating an excellent experience for experts amidst change Assess risk across workstreams and drive appropriate mitigation efforts, prioritization, and tradeoffs, resulting in on-time releases with high adoption and no/minimal defects Partner with product and communication teams to understand roadmaps and proactively communicate changes Coordinate development and delivery of expert UAT, training, help content, and SOPs Validate readiness, oversee release and evaluate how a change is performing, and where there may be opportunities for improvement Seek opportunities to continually optimize, including improving speed and clarity of how client delivers change and ensure planning and change practices are enduring and scalable Partner, educate, roadshow and mentor others on change management best practices Role model expert advocacy translates expert insights (quantitative and qualitative) into action for support readiness work from inception through post implementation Skills: 3-5 years of proven performance in change management 7+ years of program or project management experience Proficient with Google Suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations) Excellent written and verbal and communication skills Superb organizational and multi-tasking skills Sought after strategic partner, able to build and nurture strong relations and influence broadly Experienced in using AI for streamlining business tasks Lexitas prohibits discrimination based on race, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lexitas Legal Talent Solutions
