Job Description We are seeking a proactive and versatile Manufacturing Engineer to lead process development, focusing on 5-axis CNC programming and automation implementation. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, flexibility, and precision in our high-mix, low-volume production setting. Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for a wide variety of complex parts Program and troubleshoot 5-axis CNC machines utilizing MasterCam Design and implement automation solutions to enhance production flexibility and throughput Collaborate with design, production, and automation teams to resolve manufacturing challenges Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean and Six Sigma methodologies Document machining processes, programs, and automation workflows Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred Extensive experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments Strong expertise in 5-axis CNC programming and operations Proven track record in automation integration within manufacturing processes Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and G-code programming Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits Opportunities to innovate and lead in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment Dynamic, collaborative work culture Continuous learning and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr Nexus Talent Solutions
