You will take ownership of the spa's daily rhythm, from coaching and scheduling the concierge team to monitoring the locker rooms, relaxation areas, and treatment spaces, always leading with consistency, integrity, and a passion for developing others. You will partner with the Spa Manager to manage budgets, inventory, payroll, and guest feedback, ensuring every detail reflects the high standards our Owners and Guests expect.If you thrive in a success, we'd love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruiting, training, scheduling, reviewing, and coaching spa staffManage and mentor the Spa Concierge team, including hiring, training, and performance managementDelegate daily tasks and side projects, ensuring quality and accountabilityProvide front-of-house training and ongoing development for concierge staffConduct annual reviews, coaching meetings, and goal-setting sessionsMentor team members toward future leadership roles through best practices and yield management strategiesAssist with daily spa operations, including locker rooms, relaxation room, grotto, sauna, steam, and treatment roomsMonitor staffing levels and schedules to meet business demandsRespond to and close the loop on all guest feedback — Owner Surveys, Trip Advisor, Facebook, Yelp, Google, and moreResolve staff and guest issues with empathy and sound judgment, escalating to the Spa Manager when neededPerform all duties of a Spa Concierge as neededAssist with the spa operations budget, payroll, and timesheet approvalsMonitor inventory and supplies, place orders, and verify deliveries within budgetAssist with invoice and purchase approvals using company softwareSupport spa website, group bookings, promotions, social media campaigns, and advertising initiativesDevelop and edit training materials, procedures, and staffing schedulesFoster strong cross-departmental communication and synergyUphold and ensure staff uphold Hospitality Standards, Company Culture, and Department Core StandardsBe the "End of the Line" — resolve every situation inherited whenever possibleRespond promptly to all email and voicemail correspondenceDress professionally, wear a name badge, and adhere to Company appearance standardsAttend and support training directedRequirementsAssociate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 1 years of related experience and/or trainingMinimum of 1 years of previous supervisory experience preferred (this role co-supervises 12–15 staff members)Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with at least one year of useFamiliarity with office equipment (copier, fax, scanner, phone, calculator) and the internetAbility to type by touch and accurately record time in the Company timekeeping
