Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Systems Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain digital dashboards to visualize engineering metrics, risk assessments, and technical performance measures for senior leadership review.

• Architect and maintain structured databases to track engineering artifacts, action items, and technical baseline documentation.

• Create and manage complex technical schedules

• Assist the Chief Engineer with emerging requirements, rapid data calls, technical writing, and special engineering studies as mission needs dictate.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• BA/BS degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience with digital engineering tools.

• Experience with scheduling and database tools.

• Ability to excel in a team setting.

• Desire to continuously learn new skills or programs to accomplish the mission.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.

• Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in MS Project or Primavera.

• Expertise in digital visualization software tools (e.g., Power BI or Qlik).

• Expertise in MS SharePoint.

• MDA Experience.
