Guest Service Representative TPI Hospitality
Location: Residence Inn by Marriott Roseville, MN
Position: Full-Time|Guest Service Representative
Shift: Tuesday thru Saturday evening shift (3 PM 11 PM)
Weekend availability required
Pay: $17/hr to $19/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
- Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
