Location: Addison, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $55,000–$60,000 annually (DOE)

ASAP Personnel is a premier staffing company specializing in the apartment industry. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, customer invoicing, collections, bookkeeping, and supporting the daily accounting operations of the company.

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor accounts receivable and maintain aging reports.
• Contact clients regarding outstanding balances through phone and email.
• Process customer payments and accurately apply payments to accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Assist with month-end accounting processes and reporting.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure accurate billing.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
