Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product or service-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer support

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer support software and systems.
Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
