By joining our team, we are dedicated to your career development and wellbeing, in and out of the workplace.About the RoleMontecito Bank & Trust is seeking two full-time Operations Support Specialists to join the team in our Bank Operations department. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will deliver a World Class Experience by providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers through the completion of operational questions, concerns, and issues. The Operations Support Specialist will learn and process all operational tasks according to policy and procedure. Operational tasks include, but are not limited to, daily review and processing of debit card tasks, new account or maintenance callback, scanning, inactive and dormant accounts, adjustments, collections, change of address processes, legal processing, reclamations, EIM, wires, and other tasks assigned.
