Opportunity Details: Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient needs. Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities. Collaborates, educates, and supervises Advance Practice Providers (APP’s). Collaborates with multi-specialty colleagues, working as an integral part of a world-class health system. Qualifications Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York Board Certified in General OB/GYN Board Certified or Eligible in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $334,000* (board eligible); $344,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $477,600** (board eligible) and $488,600** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200***. Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
