Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth transitions for new community members. Be the face and voice of our brand, embodying our values as Director of Admissions. Use data, feedback, and your personal touch to continuously improve the admissions experience. Ensure every admission feels like a warm, heartfelt welcome. Our Ideal Director of Admissions Brings solid admissions or related experience—this is a must! Blends professionalism with genuine warmth and empathy. Has a proactive mindset, always seeking ways to enhance the community’s experience. Holds at least 2 years of healthcare admissions or marketing experience. Possesses long-term care experience. Is knowledgeable in Medicare, third-party billing, and medical terminology. Communicates confidently with physicians and caregivers regarding clinical evaluations.
