Job Summary We are seeking a Senior IBM i (iSeries) SME to support mission‑critical payment platforms in a 24/7 global financial services environment. This hands‑on role requires strong production support experience, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage incidents at an escalation level. Role: Senior iSeries (IBM i) SME Payments Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, On‑call required) Must‑Have Skills IBM i / iSeries engineering (hands‑on) Strong production support & incident management experience (L3/escalation level) Experience supporting payments / transaction processing / settlement systems IBM MQ (administration, tuning, troubleshooting) MIMIX (replication, failover, role swaps) NDM (Connect:Direct) for cross‑platform data transfers DB2 for i (recovery, restore sequencing) Security & certificates (DCM, access controls) Nice to Have Experience with ACH, Wires, Cards, or Real‑Time Payments Exposure to high‑availability / DR environments Automation / reliability engineering mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobs via Dice
