We are seeking a dependable Machine Shop / Mill Department Associate to support production operations, inspect completed work, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

We are seeking a dependable Machine Shop / Mill Department Associate to support production operations, inspect completed work, and maintain a safe, organized work area.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload raw materials for machine shop production.
- Use measuring tools, hand tools, and cutting tools to meet quality standards.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, rulers, and height gauges.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas.
- Follow safety, quality, and work instruction requirements.
- Machine shop or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and use basic measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform basic physical duties.
- High school diploma, GED, vocational training, or related military experience preferred.
