3x12 Mid/Night rotation: 1500p-0300a / 1900p-0700a Job Description The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room will provide high-quality care to adult patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and performing emergency interventions. The role requires a collaborative approach within a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and timely patient care. Responsibilities Perform critical assessments and interventions for adult emergency patients. Manage IV therapy, including blood product administration and central line care. Respond to trauma and other emergency situations with appropriate treatment. Monitor cardiac rhythms and address dysrhythmias as necessary. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active New York Single State RN license required (NY is not Compact). BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications must be current.
