As a team member, you will work closely with other therapists, support staff, and medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care in a friendly and team-oriented atmosphere.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed assessments of patients' physical conditions, including strength, flexibility, and mobility, to formulate individualized treatment plans aimed at maximizing recovery.Utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities based on best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation to enhance patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications to encourage ongoing health and wellness.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement interdisciplinary treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.Regularly document patient progress and outcomes in compliance with legal and organizational standards, ensuring clear communication within the clinical team.Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in orthopedic physical therapy to provide the highest level of care.Patient Population / Client FocusOur primary focus is on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, serving a diverse patient demographic that includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work directly with patients ranging from young athletes to active seniors, providing individualized care that supports their recovery and encourages a return to their daily activities and interests.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Active California state license in Physical Therapy.A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.A commitment to professional growth and a passion for helping others achieve their rehabilitation goals.Preferred ExperienceBoard certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy is preferred but not mandatory.Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline patient documentation and communication.Demonstrated ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.New graduates with relevant internships or educational experience are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship.Compensation and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
