Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Mesa, Arizona. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for neonatal patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. This position emphasizes delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns in a specialized setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the NICU or neonatal care is preferred.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and documenting assessment, care plans, and evaluations accurately and timely. The role may include participation in research activities and unit or facility shared leadership. Active engagement in professional development and quality improvement initiatives is encouraged.
