IT Security Manager

Salary: $69,000 - 109,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience with an additional four years in place of the degree
• At least 10 years of experience in application security, cybersecurity, access management, or network security; we will also consider relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with IAM administration tools, especially Okta, is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of SOX controls, segregation of duties, and security for financial applications is preferred
• Healthcare or hospital-system experience, including HIPAA exposure, is a plus
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with close attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, CRISC, or similar credentials

• Administer and monitor user access across applications and systems, with particular attention to financial applications and SOX compliance
• Lead our Okta implementation and support identity and access management initiatives
• Manage and oversee security technologies such as SIEM, WAF, EDR, XDR, SSO, MFA, Microsoft AD, Entra, and email security tools
• Support daily security operations while helping implement and enhance our information security solutions
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements related to application security and access controls
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors on testing, remediation, and compliance activities
• Monitor security platforms for unusual access behavior or policy violations
• Assess applications periodically to identify risks and drive mitigation efforts
• Partner with application owners and vendors to resolve vulnerabilities and apply best practices
• Create remediation plans and ensure follow-through on execution
• Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with governance and compliance frameworks
• Help strengthen our enterprise security posture by maintaining proper access controls, role-based security, and network security
