We are a growing company and need experienced, happy personnel who want to join a successful team.Coding, entering, processing invoices, and reconciling statements. Set up vendors as necessary, ensuring required W-9, insurance, etc. is obtained. Collect Accounts Receivable payments and send out statements monthly. Run weekly and semi-monthly payroll. Responsibilities Code & process accounts payable invoices Reconcile accounts payable statements Process Payroll Accounts Recievable Qualifications Accounts Payable experience, preferabble from auto industry Account Recievables experience Experience processing payroll CDK experience is preferred, but not required.
